Promotional Calendars

Our imprinted promotional state calendars are available to any business or individual who wishes to purchase at least 50 calendars. Calendars are available with or without an imprint.

Retail Calendars

Retail state calendars are only available to qualified retail outlets (calendar stores, gifts shops, retail stores) see out retail calendar section on our main navigation bar for details. We are always looking for new retail outlets.

Calendars for 2023

For 2023 we offer ALL 50 states plus regional calendars:  Great Lakes, Southest America, Gulf States, Mid-America, My Home Town, New England, Western States, America's Lighthouse, Rocky Mountains, Mississippi River, Northwest American, Eastern America.  Regional Calendars slightly higher cost.

Imprinting

For the promotional calendars we are offering two imprint choices for 2023:

Drop-Ad Imprint: This is the most common in the industry. Your imprint is located on the inside back cover which extends down 2" below the calendar (see home page for view). Imprint maximum size is 9" wide x 1 1/2" high. Standard imprint color: Black

Imprint on Every Month: The imprint is located at the top of the calendar pad portion of the calendar and to the right of the month (see home page view). Maximum imprint size is 9" wide x 1" high. Imprint on every page calendars are available for an additional cost $0.90 per calendar full color.

9. PAY NO SALES TAX!! We do not collect sales tax on any order shipped to any state as Oregon does not have a sales tax.

• Binding Options: Spiral or Stapled - your choice - same price.
• Imprint Colors: Black or full color imprint.
• PMS Color Match: We will try to match your PMS color the best we can at no charge.
• Proofs: $15.00 each.
• Change of Copy: $14.00 - minimum of 100 calendars for each copy change.
• Custom Covers:  Design your own custom cover for $49.00 setup charge.
• Personalization: $2.50 per calendar - minimum of 50 calendars.
• Extended Drop-Ad: Increased from 2" to 3" - $20.00 per 100 calendars.
• Half-tones: $25.00 for B&W photo or artwork.
• Envelopes: $50.00 per 100 for 10" x 9" closed. Inserting: $18.00 per 100.
• Page 2 (back of cover) available for printing: $0.30 per calendar & $20.00 setup charge.
• Drop Shipping: $10.00 per location after the first shipment.
• Shipping: Carton weight for 100 calendars approximately 30 lbs.
• Mailing Fulfillment: Call for Quote.
• 
  Calendar orders will ship upon receipt of orders and calendar completion. Orders cannot be stored for later shipment. Order acceptance depends on availability of inventory. Inventory does sell out near the end of selling season so please order early.
